James Keen, DC

Dr. Keen graduated from Washburn University with a BA in Exercise Physiology. After completing his internship with The Center for Manual Medicine, he continued working at the office in the physiotherapy department and spent a number of years working with athletes in sport-specific training. He later attended Cleveland Chiropractic College and earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree. While in chiropractic school, Dr. Keen was a member of Sports Council and took courses in Thompson Technique, Graston Technique, Myofascial Release, and Diversified Technique. He also volunteered to participate in a clinical rotation in the Physical Medicine Department at the VA Medical Center in Kansas City, MO.  In addition to manual manipulation and spinal adjustments, the services provided by Dr. Keen are focused on patient education and active rehabilitation through a hands-on method of evaluation and treatment, unique to each individual. Dr. Keen is committed to promoting and facilitating an active, healthy lifestyle for all of his patients.  Most of his free time is spent outdoors camping, fishing, and enjoying time with his family. He also participates in various recreational sports and coaches his daughter in youth sports.
