 Dr.
Penn graduated from Logan College of Chiropractic in 1986
where he specialized in physical rehabilitation. As founder of the
Center for Manual Medicine, Dr. Penn is committed to advancing the
multidisciplinary clinic that he envisioned and implemented. He
is a member of the American Chiropractic Association and The Foundation
for Chiropractic Education and Research. Dr. Penn enjoys exercising,
playing the guitar, and spending time with his family when he is
not helping patients help themselves.
